How much do courses cost and can I split payments?
When you visit our courses page scroll down to all available courses. Each course will display basic info, such as cost, duration and level. When you click on each course it will provide you with a much more detailed program of content, payment plans and more.
How do I know if this is the right course for me?
Click on your chosen course and it will give you a detailed program of content and who it’s aimed at. If you are still unsure if the course is right for you please email us with any questions , we would be happy to answer any concerns and set you on the right path.
How long does each course take to complete?
Each course is different in length the reading times are listed under each course title and will offer more detailed program when you open them up. As each course is self paced it will be entirely up to you how long you wish take to complete it. But we may contact you throughout the learning program via email to see how you are progressing.
Is there 1:1 support?
Yes we are always here to help should you need us. However each course has been designed to make self learning easy therefore you shouldn’t need 1:1 or group meetings to complete any of our online courses. Please see our course example. We will not be offering group chats or live lectures with our courses but we will be doing 1:1 mentoring online and in house through our mentoring program.
Are the courses self paced or drip fed?
All courses are self paced so you can complete the courses as quickly or slowly as you like.
Is there limited access to course content?
Once you have created an account and purchased any course you will have a year to complete it.
How do I contact my tutor if I don’t understand or have questions?
You can contact your tutor via email at info@treeacademyonline.com within working hours mon to fri.
What is the refunds / cancellation policy?
We offer full refund on any of our courses should you be dissatisfied in any way. Please contact us via email info@treeacademyonline.com
What are the eligibility or qualification requirements for each course ?
Each course will offer basic info under the title, including who it is aimed at. Eg recently qualified, professional consultant, senior consultant, unqualified - just click on your chosen course and it will show on its main page who it is aimed at in more detail.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes. Upon completion of every course you will receive a downloadable pdf certificate from us a Tree Academy.
Do you provide in house training and mentoring?
Yes we provide both , please visit our mentoring page for more details on our 1:1 and corporate mentoring programs.
How does studying online work?
When you purchase your course you will have been asked to create an account. You will log in every time you wish to study.
